I’m a Product Designer with 5 years of experience, grounded in Service Design and UX Research.
My work spans digital products and services, from research and strategy through to design and delivery. I spent several years designing digital products at Gogoro before moving to London to pursue a Master’s in Service Design at UAL.
I like moving between UX logic, systems thinking, and visual craft: zooming into the details of an interaction, then stepping back to understand the wider relationships around it. I enjoy connecting these perspectives, shaping thoughtful details without losing sight of the bigger picture.
More than anything, I thrive in teams shaped by curiosity, ambition, humility, and joy, where ideas are challenged openly, different perspectives are valued, and good work is built together.
My Process usually moves through three broad stages: research, exploration, and iteration. I start by asking a lot of questions, trying to understand the context and where things feel unclear, disconnected, or simply aren't working before jumping into solutions.
The process shifts with each project. I might map journeys and untangle information structures for a digital product, or use co-creation and workshops to listen to people and explore hidden possibilities. From there, I prototype, test, and refine ideas to see what holds up in practice.
In my downtime, I usually dive into books, watch movies, dramas, and anime, update my ever-growing watchlist on Letterboxd 💗, or crochet whatever catches my eye. Sometimes, I sort through travel photos from my phone and film camera, roll out the yoga mat, tweak recipes, bake pastries or bagels, experiment with new drink mixes, and add places to my travel and food map. I'm always dabbling in something new (oil pastel painting is next on the list) while slowly learning Japanese, or sometimes just daydreaming in bed.
